Many good sanitizers exist on the market today, and following the procedures on the labels for effective sanitation is critical to success.
Sanitizing vertical and irregular surfaces, however, has always been problematic. Oftentimes, flooding techniques are used to ensure the proper contact time for the sanitizer. Using such techniques can leave a question about whether or not all of the surface was truly sanitized and can lead to wasteful sanitizer consumption.
HRS® II foam additive is a concentrated adjuvant designed to provide visual marking and to increase sanitizer retention time. HRS® II foam additive used may be with FMC VigorOx® LS&D. This product can be applied to the outside of tanks, conveyor belts, processing equipment, walls, ceilings, drains, boot foamers, porous and irregular surfaces.
