Used as directed, Spectrum™ biocide reduces bacterial contamination that may cause product spoilage or decay. This product reduces contamination of the pathogenic bacteria Salmonella typhimurium, Campylobacter, Listeria monocytogenes and Escherichia coli 0157:H7 on poultry carcasses, poultry carcass parts, and poultry organs.
For poultry applications, mix Spectrum™ biocide with water to achieve no more than 200 ppm peracetic acid solution. This can be accomplished by adding 7.5 fluid ounces of Spectrum™ biocide per 50 gallons of water.
